For Healers
One should be quite sure about the health of physical body. When we are sick we can only use self-healing upon ourselves. It’s quite wrong to do healing others when our body is not healthy. Healers should be physically healthy and strong. One should be in control of its body and should feel well while living with their body. One should have a good weight and height ratio.
With physical discipline everyone can be healthy, strong, durable and flexible. A person can develop finesse and dexterity.
The body can be disciplined thorough sports, exercises, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi-Qong, gymnastics. There is also the option for fasting and doing restrictive exercises that both strengthen the body as well as willpower.
A healer can stay healthy for prolonged times. Because we can prevent a diseases before they take a hold of our bodies.
It is surely a must to develop Physical Awareness. This can be done thorough meditating on all parts of our bodies on each level of existence. The soul or spirit can express many things thorough the body. One should listen what one’s body says.
One should be wise with their Diet. A healer does energetic exercises that would tone and hone her physical and non-physical bodies. Body goes thorough a transformation while a person goes thorough learning and applying healing. So most of the things that seemed to be needed by the body will not be essential. Removing non-essentials will alleviate our body and consciousness as well as support our growth for the Light Body/Merkaba.
Especially Meat products will not be needed for some one doing healing and alchemy/yoga. We should remove meat and animal products from our diet. Milk and dairy products can stay safely but meat will prove to be excess as it cannot be digested in 18 hours. Meat is something we don’t need if we are going thorough Yoga-Alchemy and Healing. So it is wise to remove meat from our diet.
Removing meat from the diet will calibrate and develop the body to be a much efficient healer. This has a holistic effect on our lives. Also we should be wise to remove or reduce the consumption of junk food.
